All residents of Shenandoah are strongly encouraged to sign up for the community newsletter. It is the fastest and most economical way to notify you and your family of timely announcements and important notices.
Newsletters will only be sent out once a month and you can quickly and easily unsubscribe at any time. Mailings will also be sent out in case of emergency (utility problems, road closings, hurricane info, etc.)
This is a private list, which means that subscriber information is available only to the list administrator. Additionally, your name and email address will never be sold to third parties or used for any other purpose.

Please note that subscribing to the Shenandoah Community Association newsletter is a two-step process. In order to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent subscriptions, moments after you subscribe you will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription. When you receive that message, you must hit the REPLY button in your email program to complete the process.
