All changes to the outside of your home require written DRB approval. The form is available here. DRB Forms may also be obtained by fax or mail. Please read all instructions carefully as incomplete requests will be rejected.

PAINT COLORS:

There is a wide selection of approved Benjamin Moore colors available to choose from. You may visit the Miller Paint store on S.R. 84 just east of 136th Ave to select your colors. Original color samples MUST be attached to your DRB form. Failure to paint your home without DRB approval may result in costly legal fees and the ultimate re-painting of your home.

GARAGE SALES:

Garage sales are allowed ONLY on the FIRST WEEKEND OF EACH MONTH and each home is limited to no more than TWO (2) garage sales per year. Signs must not be nailed to trees or mounted to street signs. All signs must be removed by 5:00 PM Sunday evening. Violators will be notified directly by the Association's attorney.

HOME SALES:

Buyer approval is not required in Shenandoah however there is an estoppel fee which may be addressed by your closing agent prior to closing.

"House for Sale" or other similar forms of advertizing may be placed ONLY in the front yard of your home and NOT along the roads of the community, or on trees wall or fences.

BOATS, MOTORHOMES, COMMERCIAL VEHICLES and TRAILERS:

All of the above are strictly prohibited from view. Violators will be notified directly from the Association's legal counsel with the homeowner being responsible for all legal fees.
